MetroPCS adds LTE service in three cities

Pre-paid mobile carrier MetroPCS  has launched 4G LTE service in New York, Sacramento and Boston. The service is available only on the Samsung Craft, the globe’s first and only handset enabled to handle LTE service.

MetroPCS offers an unlimited monthly plan for LTE for as low as $55 per month. Carrier Chairmanm, CEO and President Roger Lindquist says, “As the only no annual contract, pay-in-advance wireless service provider offering 4G LTE services, we continue to build our network to allow more customers to experience our unparalleled value and flexible, affordable service.”

The Samsung Craft costs $299 after a $50 rebate and includes the new MetroNavigator with turn-by-turn directions and voice navigation.
